All students in Grade School II and High School have Technology Workshop classes, in which they work with robotics concepts and materials.

Each school has the possibility of putting together robotics teams that are entitled to participating in the contests. The team’s participation in the contests depends on the students’ performance, scores, and other specific selection criteria. Robotics at Colégio Sesi is fun and is for everyone!

Afterschool is Sesi’s extracurricular activity. Extracurricular activities that make a difference and provide for the student’s personal and professional development. Targeted at students, alumni and the communities surrounding the units, the initiative enables participants to develop cognitive, relational, social, physical and technical skills, in addition to promoting critical thinking, creativity, autonomy, and teamwork. 

High School is a program offered to Colégio Sesi Internacional regions in which they take American subjects (credits) in the distance education modality while attending classroom for the Brazilian curriculum. On completing their studies, students will receive two conclusion certificates which may enable opportunities offshore.

In compliance with MEC, subjects belonging to the National Common Curriculum Base (Base Nacional Comum Curricular) must be taught in Portuguese. Other subjects existing in the school’s curricular grid may be taught in English, or English or Spanish when the facility is trilingual. Among the subjects offered in English are Art, Writing, Ethics and Citizenship, Nature Sciences, Applied Sciences, Technological Studies, Physical Education as well as  History e Geography. 

In the Trilingual units, 11 subjects are taught in Portuguese, six in Spanish and six in English.

The schedule varies according to the modality that the student is enrolled in. Information about schedules can be requested directly to the unit.

Colégio Sesi has bilingual and trilingual units in Paraná.

Assessment is ongoing and formative, for this reason, formative observation and intervention, formal assessment processes, relational assessment, and self-assessment are all deployed.

Despite having specific formal cognitive learning assessment foreseen, the entire trajectory and development process for competencies and skills are part of the process.

All units of Colégio Sesi Internacional offer bilingual high school. 

In order to develop skills and encourage protagonism by students, Colégio Sesi has its own methodology as  major differential. With the Learning Workshops, students work in groups to solve problems found in everyday life. Classrooms and laboratories open space for protagonism, creativity and practical approach of the entire content in an interdisciplinary format. Activities relate learning in different disciplines and the experience of working in teams under the guidance of teachers develops psychosocial skill sets that will be required by the work market and in life.
